Whether your order is delivered locally by our in‑house team or shipped nationwide through our trusted courier partners, every item is handled with care from our warehouse to your home.
Free Delivery on Orders Over £500
We offer free standard delivery on all orders with a total value of £500 or more.
Orders below this amount may incur a delivery charge, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Local Delivery (Manchester Area)
Customers within our local delivery zone benefit from our dedicated in‑house delivery service.
What to Expect
- Your item will be prepared for delivery in our warehouse.
- Once your order is ready, a member of our team will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery day (Monday–Friday).
- Your order will be delivered by our experienced in‑house delivery team, ensuring safe handling and a reliable service.
- we can offer removal services on delivery however these services will be charged and will require a cash payment
- We do sometimes offer assembling services however this must be requested when your order is placed, we can not always guarantee your request will be approved
Delivery Times
- Local deliveries take place during standard working hours.
- While exact time slots cannot always be guaranteed, we aim to provide clear communication and keep you updated throughout the process.
Nationwide Delivery (UK Mainland)
For customers outside our local delivery area, we work with trusted third‑party couriers who offer flexible delivery options designed to suit your schedule.
What to Expect
- We will prepare your item for dispatch and book it in with one of our approved courier partners.
- The courier will contact you via text message with a proposed delivery date.
- If the suggested date isn’t suitable, you can request an alternative.
- Once the delivery date is confirmed, the courier will send you a time slot either the evening before or the morning of delivery.
- Items will be delivered to the room of choice, but please note the items are not assembled
- we can offer removal services on delivery however these services will be charged and will require a cash payment
Delivery Days & Times
- Nationwide deliveries can take place any day of the week, depending on courier routes and your location.
- Our couriers operate Monday–Saturday, often working late into the evening to accommodate customers who are not available during daytime hours.
- Evening deliveries are common and help ensure maximum flexibility.
Access & Delivery Requirements
Before placing your order, please ensure:
- Your chosen items will fit through all doorways, hallways, staircases, and access points.
- Any delivery restrictions (e.g., parking limitations, narrow streets, flats without lifts) are communicated to us in advance.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, redelivery or return fees may apply.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available during the agreed delivery window:
- Local deliveries may need to be rebooked, we will be happy to rearrange if need be.
- Courier deliveries will follow the courier’s own redelivery process, which may vary depending on the provider.
Damages or Issues on Arrival
We take great care to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. However, we do say to look out for some slight transit marks.
If you notice any damage or issues upon delivery:
- Please inform the delivery team or courier immediately.
- Contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
