However, we do recommend that you rotated it from head to toe every few months to make sure you don't develop any dips or bumps in the foam. After a few days, the mattress should revert back to its normal form. The mattress is 26cm deep, and offers a medium to firm level of support, making it particularly good for those looking for orthopaedic levels of support but with no compromise on comfort.
